By using the services of Boulder Rental Payments Inc (BRP), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Website Use

This website is provided as a convenience to the customers of BRP, but its features and availability may change at any time. Customers may not be notified of changes and should not expect the existance of any or all features at the time of their inital contract to be a guarantee for their continuance.

Business Services

BRP provides property management services as a Colorado corportation. All statements expressed are taken to be of the company and not the direct opinion of any employee.

BRP reserves the right to modify its services or fee structure at any time for new clients. Existing clients will not be affected until the renewal of their contracts, and will be notified of changes at the time of enacting.

When entering into an agreement with BRP, BRP will act as an agent of the tenant or landlord while transacting with external parties. As such, BRP assumes responsibilities for tending and receiving payments related to the property and will normally meet all deadlines. If unusual circumstances (such as bankruptcy or insolvecy) arise that prevent the on time payment of bills, the affected parties will be notified so that they can make the proper arrangements.
