History

Boulder Rental Payments Inc is a company based in Boulder, Colorado. It was formed in early 2008 with the aim of simplifying rental related finances without the fees and overhead of a full property management service.

Boulder Rental Payments currently is managed by its president, Damian Manda, a local Boulder resident and renter who saw the need for a simplified process for diverse groups of people renting a single dwelling to coordinate their payments and found that landlords desired a simple solution to the same issue with minimal impact and cost to their operations.
